You know how they say that when you buy from a small business, the owner does a happy dance? And the smaller the business, the bigger the dance? Well, we want you to know that when we receive your order, it’s a full on Dance-athon at Honey & Sass Apparel HQ. Like, completely bonkers! Some would say “embarrassing” but, hey, your order is a big deal to us!
You can rest assured that your order will be lovingly packed and shipped within 2 working days of your order being received. We’ll email you a tracking number so you can stalk your parcel as it embarks on its exciting journey from our home to yours.
International customs fees and taxes may apply depending on your country’s tax laws. We cannot be held responsible for any fees you may receive. The knowledge and acceptance of custom fees/taxes is the buyers responsibility.
Honey & Sass Apparel Refund Policy
At Honey & Sass Apparel, we strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers (so much so, that we actually film the packing of your order to ensure your item is in perfect condition when we send it on its way!). However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we want to make the process as seamless as possible.
So if you’re not happy, we’re not happy!
TEE RETURNS: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is returned unused and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
To begin the refund process, please contact our customer service team with your order information. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. For domestic orders, return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Please note that discounted sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to be reflected in your account.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TRANSFERS: If you purchase just our transfers, please read the application information on the product page. A refund will not be given due to a failed application attempt.
